Kya aap fit aur healthy Rahana chahte ho?

                   Har koy aaj apni zindagi me fit or kisi bhi bimari se dur rahena chahata hai, par sayad hi koy insan puri tarah se fit hoga . Har insan me  kush na kush issue hoga. Fit rahena bahut asan bhi hai agar kush ruls ko follow kiya jaye to .aaj Hum yahi Janege ki aakhir puri tarah fit kese rahe. 

         Fit kaha se rahe kyuki hamari jo body hai usme kafi part hai to ,


(1) kya aap mind se fit hai ? 

(2) Kya aap hath(hand)-pero(leg) fit hai ? 

(3) Kya aap under body fit hai ? 


         To agar aap puri tarah se fit rahena chahate ho to in sabi jaga se fit rahena padega . 


(1) kya aap mind se fit hai ? 


 Agar aap mind se fit nahi Hoge to aap fit feel nahi karoge .vo apke chahare (face) se pata hi chal jayega,kyuki apka face mayush lagega. 

  Aap mind fit nahi ho vo kese pata kare ?

 Aap ek book le lo .fir socho ki use hme 1 gante (hour) tak padana hai ,jese hi aap padana sure karke 10 - 20 min me bore fill karte ho to aap mind se fit nahi ho kyuki apka concentration thoda Kam hai. 


 Kya kare? 

1) mind ko Khali (empty) na rahene de .

2) apna ek regular sleeping time set kare.



3) subah ho sake to jarur se yoga kare.

4) karab (negative) though se bache.

5) agar free ho to relexing song ,sound or book padh sakte ho.



 



(2) Kya aap hath(hand)-pero(leg) fit hai ? 


    Vehicle (like bike ,car) ne sabi logo ke aaj bahut sare Kam aasan Bana diye hai . Bahot kum log Hoge jo pura din Kam ( like farmer )ki tarah  Kar sakte hai . 

    To aap kese Jan sakte ho ki hand- leg se aap fit hai ki nahi?

    To me apko ek simple trick bata ta Hu.  Aap ek shota sa ek pahad ( heal) Chun le aur us par chade .aap jante ho apki halat kya hogi vo apko bata dega ki aap fit ho ya nahi?


Kya kare ? 

1) subah yoga , walking, exercise Kum se kum 30 min jarur kare .



2) age ke hisab se Kam kare ya exercise kare.

3)suitable  joote (shoes) ,chappal ka istemal kare.


(3) Kya aap under body fit hai ?


          Yah cheez apko apke khane (food ) se raleted hai . Aap jab jarurat se jyada khate ho to apki halt kya hoti hai aap sabhi jante hai . Apka pura concentration us karab khane (food)ki vajah  se karab ho jata hai . 


Kya kare ? 

1) aap Jan le ki apki body ki liye kya tik food hai .

2) breakfast, lauch or dinner ke liye ho sake to time set kare .

3) bajaru tala khana ( junk food) kum kaye . 



4) alcohol, smoking se dur rahe .

    


          Sayad ye Janakari apko help Kar sake ki aap akhir fit rahe kese ? Agar aap apna daily routine set karte ho jese subah yoga ,exercise uske bad breakfast, lunch , sam ko relexing song ,or issi nind( sleep) to aap jarur fit rahoge.
